About Me

Trip Policies

  • You are allowed to bring one guest who is 18 years+. No additional guests will be allowed.
  • There is no financial reimbursement in lieu of trip.
  • Air travel not booked via BigCo's Travel Group will not be reimbursed.

What The Trip Will Cover

  • Roundtrip flights for you and your guest.
  • Four nights lodging including all taxes, service charges, porterage and housekeeping gratuities.
  • Roundtrip airport transportation including gratuity.
  • All meals.
  • Group activity on Friday, January 17.
  • Choice of individual activity for the attendee and their guest on Saturday, January 18.

Expenses to Submit for Reimbursement

  • Only travel costs incurred to trip destination. For example, meals at airport, airport parking charges and checked baggage fees.
